Return Policy & Support

1 1. General Return Conditions

Due to the bulky nature of our products (wood pallets), returns are subject to specific conditions: product unopened, in its original packaging, request made within 5 days after delivery.

2 2. Logistics and Return Costs

Returns can be made at any of our warehouses. Any applicable costs are specified directly on site by an operator. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for non-compliant products.

3 3. Refund

The refund is made after inspection of the returned product, within 7 days at most.
