B2B General Conditions of Sale

1 1. Object

These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of firewood, pellets, briquettes and biomass fuels by sotramsbois to professional buyers (B2B).

2 2. Price and Order

The prices displayed are in euros, excluding taxes (HT). Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

3 3. Delivery

Delivery times are provided as an indication. Delivery requires HGV access and, depending on the sites, a means of unloading (dock or forklift) — see our Delivery page for details. sotramsbois cannot be held responsible for delays linked to the carrier.

4 4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer (SEPA), before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

5 5. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-3 of the Consumer Code, sales between professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers.
